Delete your Fluffy Pets account
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.
In the game
- Open Settings (the round button in the top-right corner).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
On this website
- Open the deletion form.
- Enter the e-mail address of your account.
- We send you a link that works for one hour. Open it and confirm.
Gems, coins and items on the account are lost. They cannot be refunded or moved to another account.
What we delete
- the account: e-mail address, nickname, friend code and Google sign-in
- the cloud save and its backups
- friends, invitations, visit settings and gifts
- rewarded ad records and sign-in sessions
What we keep
- purchase records without your e-mail address or nickname, for as long as tax law requires (usually 5 years) and for refunds
- security logs with IP addresses, for up to 180 days
Progress saved on your phone stays there until you uninstall the game or start a new game in Settings.
