Terms of Service

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Fluffy Pets, the mobile game available on Google Play (package ID com.fluffypetsgame.com) (the “Game”), its online features and the website fluffypetsgame.com (together, the “Service”). These are the terms for providing services by electronic means within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
  2. The Service is provided by a natural person conducting unregistered business activity (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”):

    The Operator does not currently have a business register entry (CEIDG/KRS) or a tax identification number (NIP/REGON). These details will be added if the business is registered.
  3. By installing or using the Game you accept these Terms. When you create an account you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Terms are available free of charge on the website in a form that can be downloaded, saved and printed.
  4. The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

2. Definitions

  • Account: an optional, free user account protected by an e-mail address and password or by Google sign-in.
  • Guest mode: playing without an Account. Progress is then saved only on the device.
  • Virtual Items: in-game currencies (coins and Gems) and other in-game content, such as food, furniture, accessories and room expansions.
  • In-App Purchase: buying Virtual Items with real money through Google Play.
  • User Content: names you choose in the Game, such as your nickname and your pet's name.
  • Consumer: a natural person using the Service for purposes not directly related to their business or profession.

3. Who can play

  1. The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over.
  2. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority in your country), you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. In-App Purchases should also be approved by them. We recommend enabling purchase authentication in Google Play.
  3. The Operator does not verify players' age.

4. The Service

  1. Fluffy Pets is a free-to-play virtual pet game. You create a plush pet, take care of it, decorate and expand its home and garden, play minigames, complete quests and, with an Account, add friends, visit their homes and send gifts.
  2. You can play without an Account. In Guest mode your progress is saved only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data or lose the device.
  3. A free Account adds cloud save, playing on another device and social features.
  4. Some Virtual Items can be earned by playing, and some can be bought with real money (section 8).
  5. Technical requirements: an Android device with Android 7.0 or newer and Google Play; an internet connection for online features, purchases and ads; an e-mail address to create an Account.
  6. As with any internet service, risks include malware, phishing and unauthorised access to accounts. Keep your password secure and do not reuse it on other services. We will never ask for your password by e-mail.

5. Account

  1. To create an Account you provide an e-mail address, a password and a nickname, or sign in with Google. The agreement for running the Account is concluded when the Account is created and lasts for an indefinite period.
  2. Please use your own, working e-mail address. Each person may have one Account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
  3. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us if you suspect that someone else is using your Account.
  4. Your nickname and your pet's name must not be offensive, vulgar, hateful or sexual, impersonate other people, contain personal data (such as a phone number or address) or advertising, or infringe anyone's rights.
  5. You can delete your Account at any time, in the Game (Settings → Account → Delete account) or on the website (fluffypetsgame.com/delete-account). Deletion terminates the agreement and is permanent. Virtual Items stored on the Account are lost. Progress saved on your device stays there.

6. Friends and social features

  1. With an Account you can add friends by friend code or QR code, visit their homes, send gifts and interact with their pets. Your nickname, your pet and your home are visible to your friends, according to your visit settings.
  2. Be kind. Do not harass other players, send spam or use social features to cheat.
  3. Reporting illegal content. If you see a nickname or pet name that is illegal or breaks these Terms, report it to contact@fluffypetsgame.com. Include the nickname or friend code, an explanation of why it is illegal or breaks the Terms, your name and e-mail address (except for reports of certain offences where the law allows anonymity), and a statement that you believe the report is accurate and complete. We will review reports promptly and objectively. If we remove or change a name or restrict an Account, we will explain the decision and its reasons to the affected player and tell the reporting person what we decided. Either of them can ask us to review the decision by replying to our message.
  4. Our single point of contact for players and for authorities, including under the EU Digital Services Act, is contact@fluffypetsgame.com. You can write to us in English or Polish.

7. Virtual Items

  1. Virtual Items have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services outside the Game and cannot be transferred between Accounts, except through the Game's gift features.
  2. When you obtain Virtual Items, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the Game under these Terms.
  3. We may change the Game's content and balance (for example rewards or prices in coins and Gems) for valid reasons, such as game balance, technical reasons or changes in law. We will not do this in a way that unreasonably deprives you of Virtual Items you bought with real money.
  4. Selling or buying Accounts or Virtual Items outside the Game is not allowed.

8. In-App Purchases

  1. You can buy Gems and other Virtual Items through Google Play. Prices are shown in Google Play, in your currency and including applicable taxes, before you confirm the purchase.
  2. Payments are processed by Google under the Google Play terms. We do not receive your payment card details.
  3. To protect your purchases, we may ask you to sign in to an Account before buying, so that the purchase can be verified on our server and restored on another device.
  4. Virtual Items are delivered as soon as Google confirms the payment and our server verifies it. If the connection is interrupted, the Game completes the delivery automatically once it is restored. If you do not receive a paid item, contact us and include the Google Play order number (starting with “GPA.”).
  5. Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, by confirming the purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act; Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
  6. If purchased content is not delivered or does not work as described, you have the rights provided by law. In particular, we will deliver the missing content or bring it into conformity, and if that is not possible you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
  7. Refunds can also be requested through Google Play under its refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the Virtual Items it provided.

9. Ads

  1. The Game offers optional rewarded ads. Watching an ad is always voluntary. Rewards are subject to daily limits and are granted after the ad network confirms that the ad was watched.
  2. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the products or services advertised. Personalised ads are shown only with your consent where the law requires it (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Fair play

  1. You must not: cheat or modify the Game or its save files; exploit bugs (please report them to us instead); use bots or automation; decompile or reverse-engineer the Game except where the law allows it; disrupt or attack our servers; get around limits or security measures; create Accounts in bulk; or use the Service unlawfully or to share unlawful content.
  2. If you break these rules, we may remove Virtual Items obtained improperly and reject manipulated saves. For a serious or repeated breach, we may temporarily suspend the Account or terminate the agreement. Except where the law requires immediate action, we will first notify you by e-mail, give the reasons and let you respond.

11. Intellectual property

  1. The Game, its graphics, characters, sounds, code and the website belong to the Operator or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licences.
  2. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Game for private, non-commercial purposes.
  3. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of your own gameplay.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

  1. We try to keep the Service available, but there may be breaks for maintenance or because of failures.
  2. Some updates may be needed to keep using online features. We provide the updates required by law to keep the Game in conformity.
  3. We may end online features or the Game for valid reasons (for example technical, legal or economic reasons). We will announce this in the Game or on the website at least 30 days in advance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Complaints

  1. You can send a complaint about the Service to contact@fluffypetsgame.com. Please include your nickname or the e-mail address of your Account, a description of the problem and what you expect us to do. For purchases, also include the Google Play order number.
  2. We will answer within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
  3. Consumers can also use out-of-court ways of resolving complaints. In Poland, these include the district or municipal consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) and consumer organisations. Consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

14. Liability

  1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, for progress lost in Guest mode because of uninstalling the Game or losing the device, or for interruptions we did not cause.
  2. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or excludes or limits rights that Consumers have under mandatory law.

15. Changes to the Terms

  1. We may change these Terms for valid reasons, such as changes in law, in the Service's features or in the Operator's details.
  2. We will announce changes in the Game or on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you can delete your Account before that date. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.

16. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a Consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you normally live.
  2. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts that the law makes available to them.
  3. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
  4. These Terms take effect on 9 October 2026.
